Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Store Operations Leader to assist the HoMC in achieving sales and service targets while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will coach the store team, manage inventory, cash handling and SOP compliance, and deputise for the HoMC when needed to maintain continuity of leadership.

• Support daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Coach, motivate and supervise the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation and resolving customer issues.
• Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence to ensure continuity of store management.
• Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the HoMC.
