Job summary

Tri Shaas Sdn Bhd (MYDIN MART) is seeking a hands-on Retail Operations Supervisor in Ampang Jaya to manage daily store operations, lead and motivate staff to hit sales targets, and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

You will monitor performance, handle customer inquiries, coordinate schedules, and maintain merchandising, stock availability and store cleanliness. Immediate start available and on-shift work required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Experience in leading or supervising a team.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start work immediately.
