Job summary

Tri Shaas Sdn Bhd (MYDIN MART) is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to manage daily store operations in Kapar, Selangor. You will lead and motivate staff to hit sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities include supervising schedules, stock management, merchandising, and handling customer enquiries. The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and a readiness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to start immediately.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
