Tri Shaas Sdn Bhd (MYDIN MART) in Shah Alam is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will lead and motivate a team, monitor attendance and schedules, and ensure stock availability and store presentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, including weekends and public holidays. Immediate start preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Experience in leading or supervising a team.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start work immediately.
