Job summary

Tri Shaas Sdn Bhd (MYDIN MART) in Shah Alam seeks a capable Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, and ensure sales and service targets are met.

You will manage schedules, monitor performance, maintain stock and store presentation, handle customer enquiries professionally, and ensure adherence to SOPs. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; immediate start requested. Training provided and staff benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Experience in leading or supervising a team.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
