Job summary

Sometime in Kuala Lumpur at One Utama, Setia City Mall is seeking a Retail Assistant to learn our modus operandi, manage customers’ enquiries, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.

Part-time and permanent openings are available. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and knowledge of the brand to advise customers confidently. Reports to the Retail Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to procedures.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail store.
• Attentive to customers and provide product recommendations.
• Knowledge of the brand, designers, and services to answer customer questions.
• Handle customer complaints with constructive solutions.
• Assist with inventory counting and product placement/display.
• Reports to the Retail Manager.
• Retail experience prioritized.
