Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is hiring a customer-focused team member to greet customers, assist with product selection, and manage stock in a fast-paced store. You will learn the products through the company training plan and take initiative to support customers and colleagues.

Fluency in English and a proactive, friendly attitude are essential. The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.

• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand selling points and suggest ideas to improve customer buying.

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at our merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish necessarily.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer basket.
• Be of service by offering your assistance to product and advise to wear them.
• Be our product specialist.
• Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services.
• Check and ask superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying.

Requirements:
