Job summary

Skudai Pro Fix Mobile is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, explain smartphone features, and handle sales, trade-ins and payments with accuracy.

You will work with the store team to maintain displays, assist with stock, respond to inquiries via walk-ins and WhatsApp, and contribute to positive online reviews. Fresh graduates are encouraged; Bahasa Melayu is required, basic English is a plus. This is a six-day week with weekends and public holidays on schedule.

Job description

PMFJB specialises in smartphone sales, trade-in, buyback and repair services, with a strong focus on iPhone. We are committed to providing honest advice, quality products and an excellent service experience to every customer.

Job Scopes:

Provide friendly, professional and courteous service to all customers.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable smartphones based on their budget and preferences.

Explain product specifications, device condition, pricing, warranty and store policies clearly.

Attend to walk-in customers, WhatsApp enquiries and incoming calls according to company service standards.

Perform basic smartphone inspections for sales, trade-in and buyback transactions. Training will be provided.

Handle smartphone sales, trade-in, buyback and related customer transactions.

Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the purchasing process.

Handle cash, bank transfers and other payment transactions according to company procedures.

Record sales, customer information and transactions accurately in the company system.

Assist with stock handling, stock-taking, product displays and documentation.

Create simple social media content and update daily stories according to the company’s content schedule.

Encourage satisfied customers to provide genuine feedback and Google Reviews.

Maintain the cleanliness of the store.

Work together with retail, repair and back-end teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates and applicants without retail experience are encouraged to apply.

No smartphone industry experience is required, as training will be provided.

Interest in smartphones, especially iPhone, will be an advantage.

Presentable, friendly and confident when communicating with customers.

Able to communicate well in Bahasa Melayu. Basic English will be an advantage.

Honest, responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer systems.

Comfortable creating simple content for the company’s social media platforms.

Able to work well in a team and accept feedback for improvement.

Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.

This is a six-day workweek position. The store is closed every Wednesday.

Reporting time is 10:45 AM, and retail operating hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Basic salary from RM2,000 to RM2,400 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

RM200 monthly attendance allowance, subject to eligibility.

RM200 monthly performance allowance, subject to eligibility.

Annual performance bonus, subject to company policy and individual performance.

Yearly salary review and increment based on performance.

EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions.
