Job summary

SOGO Kuala Lumpur is seeking dedicated retail staff for its Merdeka 118 store, offering permanent positions. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining stock and displays, and delivering excellent service.

Staff will report to the Floor Executive and Store Manager and follow company policies. Ideal candidates have at least SPM qualifications, fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English, and at least one year in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualifications with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Able to work on retail hours, weekends & public holidays.
• Must be disciplined and committed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for dealing with customer inquiries on products and services.

Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.

Assisting in all aspects of the retail store and following Company's policies and regulations.

Reporting to the Floor Executive and Store Manager.

Requirements
