Job summary

SOGO Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Administration and Sales Coordination professional to support merchandising documents, item code creation, promotion listings, invoices and purchase orders. You will verify documents and maintain records while ensuring timely submission.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years in administration and sales coordination, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of administration and sales coordination experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Compile merchandising documents, create item codes, and prepare promotion listings, invoices and purchase orders.
• Verify accuracy of documents and maintain orderly records.
• Monitor timely submission and updates of documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior as necessary.

Job description

Perform a variety of general office tasks which include compiling all related Merchandising documents, item code creation, preparing promotion listings, invoices and purchase orders, verifying the accuracy of the documents, recording and maintaining its records.

Monitor and ensure that the submission of documents are on time and updated accordingly.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time as necessary.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years's experience in administration and sales coordination.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel especially in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table.

Good organization, attention to details, good team player with positive working attitude.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.

Computer literate and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Good communication skills written and spoken.
