We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to support day-to-day operations at SOGO Kuala Lumpur retail store. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming shopping experience, maintain product presentation, and support inventory activities.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the retail store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Attend to customers and provide recommendations when appropriate.

Maintain strong knowledge of the brand, designers, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, offering constructive and effective solutions.

Assist with inventory counts and the arrangement of new products, including updating in-store and window displays.

Report directly to the Business Team.
