You will oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and staff training while collaborating with the sales manager to boost performance and respond to market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering results.
• Can earn money easily with shorter working hours compare to other retailer company.

Responsibilities

weekdays working hours shorter then normal office hours

Alternate off on Public Holiday/Saturday/Sunday.
