Job summary

PLC Pet Lovers Centre is seeking a customer service representative to support day-to-day operations at IOI Mall Damansara/IPC Shopping Centre. You will assist customers, handle cashiering, balance tills, and promote PLC memberships to meet sales targets.

You will help replenish stock, participate in stock takes, and keep the store clean and safe for staff and customers. Fresh graduates are welcome, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, matured and pleasant personality is encouraged.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated sales approach are advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and balance cash registers.
• Recommend and promote PLC memberships to meet customer needs.
• Assist in replenishing stock and conducting stock takes.
• Maintain clean and safe store environment for staff, customers and pets.
• Fulfilling other daily operations duties as assigned by store supervisor.

Job description

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers' needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad‑hoc/periodic stock‑take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements

Individuals who are hardworking, matured and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills and self‑motivated sales person are added advantages.

Possessing own transport is an added advantage.

Sign‑on Bonus: up to RM600 for initial first 7 months of service
