Job summary

PLC Pet Lovers Centre SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) invites a Retail Assistant to join our IOI Mall Damansara store on a full-time basis.

You will support daily operations, aim to hit sales targets, and provide friendly customer service to pet lovers. You will manage cashier duties, balance cash registers, promote PLC memberships, assist in stock replenishment, and help keep the store clean and safe for staff, customers and pets. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and self-motivated sales person are an advantage.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform cashiering and balance cash registers.
• Promote PLC memberships sign-ups and renewals.
• Assist in replenishing out-of-stock items and stock counts.
• Maintain general housekeeping for a clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Retail Assistant @ IOI Mall Damansara (Full Time)

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements

Individuals who are hardworking, matured and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills and self-motivated sales person are added advantages.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possessing own transport is an added advantage.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Willing to work at IOI Mall Damansara.

Sign-on Bonus: up to RM600 for initial first 7 months of service
