Maxis is offering a Retail Analytics & Engagement Intern role in Kuala Lumpur to support retail performance analytics, reporting automation, and customer engagement initiatives across the retail network.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, turning data into actionable insights to drive store activation and improve customer experience during the internship.

Qualifications

• Interest in data analytics and retail operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support data quality by validating and cleansing retail performance data.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor retail performance and customer engagement.
• Analyze footfall and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in automating reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
• Plan and help execute in-store engagement activities and customer activation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for retail innovation.
• Support transformation projects and prepare management reports and updates.
