Job summary

Menara Maxis is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Analytics & Engagement Intern to support retail performance analytics, reporting automation, and customer engagement initiatives. The role provides exposure to data analytics, BI, retail operations, and digital transformation, working with cross-functional teams to generate insights and drive improvements.

The internship starts in November and requires planning and execution of in-store engagement activities and campaigns to boost store visitation

Qualifications

• Passion for data analytics, retail operations, customer experience, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support data quality and governance by validating, cleansing, reconciling, and maintaining accurate retail performance data.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor performance and engagement.
• Analyze footfall, engagement data, and trends to provide actionable insights for management decisions.
• Assist in automation initiatives to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
