Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/retail.
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/written English and Malay/Mandarin.
• Able to relate to our mission of empowering women through style.

Responsibilities

• Create excitement in product launches and events for our guests.
• Assist customers with colour, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Promote key styles/new arrivals to drive sales and conversion in-store.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure merchandize is available in all colours, sizes, and quantities.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Handle stock receptions, returns, transfers, and support stock takes.
