Job summary

Love, Bonito in Penang is seeking a friendly retail team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our store floor. You will assist guests with colour, fit and style choices, ensure stock is available in all colours and sizes, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment during weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Available to work on weekdays and weekends.
• Able to travel to Queensbay Mall for shifts.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during product launches, workshops and events.
• Provide the best customer experience with color, fit and silhouette advice.
• Ensure merchandise available in all colours, sizes and quantities.
• Maintain a clean shopping floor and fitting rooms.
• Receive and process stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers.
• Operate POS for checkout and payments.
• Assist store manager to drive sales performance.
