Job summary

OXYBENEFITS HEALTH SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a proactive Sales Specialist to drive offline sales execution with Watsons and other retail partners. You will manage in-store activations, promotions, and events, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless campaigns.

Responsibilities include organizing roadshows, coordinating POSM, managing promoters/Brand Ambassadors, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely permits and vendor paperwork. Travel to store visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in offline retail, promotions, or events is preferred.
• 3–5 years in Sales, Retail Operations, Trade Marketing, Brand Activation or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage offline sales operations and retail activities, including in-store activations and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate POSM design, production, delivery, installation, and store execution.
• Build and manage promoter/BA pool: onboarding, scheduling, deployment, attendance, and coverage.
• Coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, and in-store events from planning to on-ground execution.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and reconciliation across offline touchpoints.
• Support lead conversion from offline activities to private sales channels.
• Liaise with Watsons, retailers, promoter agencies, suppliers, venues, landlords, and vendors.
• Handle permits, approvals, contracts, vendor documentation, and event paperwork.
• Follow up regularly and resolve operational issues to ensure timely execution.
