Job summary

OXYBENEFITS HEALTH SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Merchandiser to bring our brand to life across our retail network in Malaysia. You will ensure products are well-stocked, highly visible, and presented according to brand guidelines while engaging shoppers to support sales.

In this field-based role, you’ll work closely with store teams to optimize shelf layouts, execute compelling displays, and drive conversion through hands-on in-store activities and regular store visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, promoter, sales, or trade marketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a field-based role and traveling between stores.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with shoppers.
• Attention to detail in product presentation and execution.
• Sales driven with ability to spot opportunities and take action.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and displays according to brand guidelines.
• Set up end-caps, feature bays, and secondary displays to maximise visibility.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure 100% monthly coverage and stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales for re-orders and expiry management.
• Engage shoppers on floor and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Track weekly incremental sales from selling sessions.
