Job summary

Aburi Japanese Restaurant in Batu Pahat, Johor seeks a proactive Supervisor/Team Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests from open to close. The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle staff scheduling, hygiene and SOP compliance.

Japanese restaurant experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B as a Supervisor / Team Leader.
• Japanese restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to solve problems independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in a Non-Halal restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations
• Lead and guide the service team
• Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience
• Handle staff scheduling and daily manpower arrangement
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene & SOP compliance
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
