Genki Sushi Malaysia is hiring a Fulltime Sushi Crew for Sunway Velocity. You will cook sushi rice, slice fish and vegetables, and assemble maki, nigiri, and sashimi with precision. You will greet customers, take orders, serve meals with a cheerful attitude, and maintain clean, organized workstations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile

Responsibilities

• Cook sushi rice, slice fresh fish and vegetables, and assemble rolls like maki, nigiri, and sashimi.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve meals with a positive attitude.
• Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning workstations, tools, and display counters regularly.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with kitchen prep or restocking supplies.
