Job summary

Nasi Lemak Lobster JB is seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor Restaurant to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams at our Setia Tropika Johor location. You will drive service excellence, uphold hygiene standards, and coach staff to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have proven supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a keen eye for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and guest-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service quality.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards across all areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food preparation and delivery.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Support promotions and events and track daily sales.
