Vintry Cellars Sdn Bhd is seeking a Restaurant Manager (Non Halal) for Sunway Square Mall to lead a vibrant front‑of‑house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage rosters, ensure hygiene and service standards, and drive sales initiatives while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Must be Malaysian and able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.

• Proven experience in restaurant, F&B, or hospitality management

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the front‑of‑house team
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high guest satisfaction standards
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and work schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when necessary
• Support and execute in‑store promotions and sales initiatives
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
• Maintain a positive and productive working environment within the team

What you'll be doing

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in restaurant, F&B, or hospitality management

Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English and Cantonese to support a diverse customer base

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Customer‑focused with a passion for hospitality and service excellence

Well‑groomed with good personal hygiene and professional appearance

Organised, reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Wine knowledge and wine service experience will be an added advantage

Candidates with strong operational and people management skills are encouraged to apply
