Job summary

Johnny's Restaurant is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Malaysia. You will participate in structured management training across front-of-house and back-of-house operations, leading by example on the floor and supporting daily restaurant activities.

You'll gain real leadership experience supervising a team, with a clear career path to progression, and benefits including staff meals and accommodation if provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years' experience in F&B / retail / customer service.
• Enjoy working on the ground with your team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working 5 days per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be willing to relocate or transfer to different outlet if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations (service flow, kitchen coordination, opening/closing).
• Lead by example on the floor - guide crew, solve issues, and keep service smooth.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety and brand standards are followed at all times.
• Help with crew scheduling, briefings and on-the-job coaching.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a calm, professional way.
• Assist in stock ordering, inventory checks and basic cost control.
• Learn to read simple reports (sales, labour, wastage) and spot improvement areas.
• Take part in structured training modules and assessments to track your progress.

Skills
