Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline.
• 1 year of experience in F&B or service-related experience.
• Good technical or SOP knowledge.
• Proven commitment to upholding operations and company standards.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and maintain a positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager to achieve set targets in store operations KPI's.
• Lead and manage shifts to achieve CHAMPS standards and company goals.
• Ensure shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume.
• Maintain effective communication at all times.
• Assist in active recruiting plans when necessary.
• Deliver great customer service and achieve service targets during the shift.
• Handle all customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Assist the Restaurant General Manager on payroll, attendance, administrative and paperwork as needed.
• Provide coaching to Team Members on their day-to-day operations.
• Conduct On Job Training (OJT) or classroom training to Team Members on a regular basis.
