Job summary

dipndip in Subang Jaya is seeking a service-oriented team member to support cleaning, food handling, and guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will learn and follow the standard service steps for every guest, keep dining areas spotless, and help ensure accurate delivery of items to tables. Training will be provided to maintain high guest care standards.

• Execute the cleaning and disinfection of work areas, utensils, equipment, table and chairs
• Detect and ensure disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment and utensils
• Commits in serving guest as given training
• Commits in applying and following the sequence of service steps for every guest
• Preserves a high standard of guests care
• Follows up service on table and turnover
• Ensures the appropriate and accuracy in delivered items as per guest’s expectations
