Job summary

Neutron Technologies & Communications Sdn Bhd is seeking a restaurant supervisor to guide waitstaff in performing their duties and to oversee smooth outlet operations during shifts. You will ensure sufficient guest and beverage supplies and maintain essential equipment throughout service hours.

You will uphold sanitation, cleanliness, and consistent service standards, while ensuring accurate billing and prompt handling of delays or feedback to maximise guest satisfaction and outlet profitability.

Qualifications

• Guide the waiter/waitress in the performance of their jobs.
• Ensure sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies and operating equipment during outlet's operation.
• Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the outlet during the shift.
• Maintain proper upkeep of equipment, furniture and fixtures in the outlet.
• Consistently implement service standards and operating procedures in the outlet.
• Ensure customers are billed correctly and follow billing procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and outlet profit.
• Greet and thank all guests professionally.
• Inform the Manager of any food delays, complaints or customer feedback.

4. 4. Responsible for the proper maintenance and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the outlet.
5. 5. Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the outlet.
6. 6. Ensure that customers are correctly billed and all procedures on bill presentation and receiving of payment from the customers are done according to the established procedures.
7. 7. Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior, which leads to customer satisfaction and profit for the outlet.
8. 8. Able to professionally greet and thank all guests who patronize the restaurant.
9. 9. Keep the Manager informed of any food delay, complaints or customer feedback.
