• The Chaos Coordinator: Maintain a five-star clean station and stay in sync with the team during peak periods.
• The SOP Specialist: Use Lab Tools—checklists and thermometers—to ensure safe, consistent, delicious bites.

• The Hype-Person: Act as a menu guru, guiding guests through our flavor experiments and making their day.
• The Culinary Scientist: Master the art and science of the perfect burger and Instagram-worthy plating.
• The Chaos Coordinator: Maintain a "five-star" clean station and stay synchronized with the team during high-energy peak periods.
• The SOP Specialist: Use our "Lab Tools" (checklists and thermometers) to ensure every bite is safe, consistent, and delicious.
