• The Hype-Person: Guide guests through our flavor experiments and brighten their day.
• The Culinary Scientist: Master the art and science of the perfect burger and Instagram-worthy plating.
• The Chaos Coordinator: Maintain a five-star clean station and stay in sync with the team during peak periods.
• The SOP Specialist: Use Lab Tools—checklists and thermometers—to ensure safe, consistent, delicious bites.
