Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests in a warm, welcoming manner.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving meals and drinks to customers with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to provide informed recommendations.
• Clearing tables promptly and maintaining a clean, organised dining environment.
• Processing payments and handling transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Restocking supplies and preparing dining areas for service periods.
