Job summary

Provision Unlimited Resources is seeking a reliable Accountant to manage daily transactions, prepare reports, and handle AR/AP for a multi-outlet restaurant group. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting and at least 1 year of accounting experience are required; knowledge of accounting software and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (F&B or retail experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Process supplier payments and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory reports and tax-related documents.
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple restaurant outlets.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and year-end financial closing.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities when required.
