Requirements include at least 1 year in restaurant or similar accounting, basic accounting knowledge, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software like Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in a restaurant or F&B business.
• Capability to handle daily cash transactions and reconcile cash.
• Experience posting to General Ledger and maintaining accounting records.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain daily cash transactions and cash records.
• Verify daily cash collections against sales/POS reports.
• Record and reconcile daily cash receipts and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation for cash expenses and other transactions.
• Perform General Ledger posting and ensure correct account entries.
• Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.
• Reconcile cash balances with accounting records daily.
• Assist in bank and cash reconciliation and review restaurant sales/payments.
• Maintain supporting documents, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
