Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of applicable work experience.
• Experience in power generation or technical industry preferred.
• 2+ years managing and developing employees.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and deploy employees to jobs based on skills and availability.
• Manage field employees, contracts, training, and performance reviews.
• Lead recruitment and hiring for field personnel.
• Optimize crew composition using data sources and regional coordination.
• Ensure safety and quality in field operations.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and immigration teams as needed.
• Travel as required.
• Provide feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
