Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign employees to jobs based on skills, availability, and crew performance.
• Manage field employees including contracts, vacations, reviews, and mobilization.
• Serve as primary contact for training, mobilization, pay, and assignments.
