Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Resource Manager I to assign employees to jobs based on skills, availability, and performance. You will be the primary contact for training, mobilization, pay, and assignments, ensuring employees stay current on training and reviews.

You will recruit, hire, and manage field personnel; assemble crews, and optimize composition using analytics. Some travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 7+ years applicable work experience with success.
• 2+ years managing and developing employees.
• 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assign employees to jobs based on skills, avail., and crew performance.
• Manage field employees: contracts, vacation, reviews, training, mobilization.
• Serve as primary contact for training, pay, and assignments; resolve issues.
• Recruit and hire; manage field personnel, contracts, and productivity metrics.
• Assemble well-balanced crews; ensure safety and quality; optimize with data.
• Verify crew composition with Resource Director for the scope of work.
• Determine readiness using workload, bench, and Work Time Regulations.
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization with Field Service Coordinators.
