Qualifications

At least 4 years in a fast-paced environment with advisory/facilitation experience.
Interpersonal skills, ability to handle ambiguity, and strong problem-solving.
Experience in project management would be advantageous.
Team player with prior experience leading a small team preferred.

Responsibilities

Support senior management decision-making and execution processes.
Identify, develop and execute resort-wide projects.
Provide advisory or solutions to expedite progress where required.
Form and participate in committees to oversee projects and escalate concerns for approval.
Engage in special assignments involving research, analysis and feasibility studies.
