• Team player with prior experience leading a small team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Vice President’s office in senior management decision‑making and execution process.
• Identify, develop and execute new resort‑wide projects.
• Provide advisory or solution to assist in expediting project progress where required.
• Form and participate in committees to oversee, guide or implement projects, while escalating project concerns, issues or matters for approval to Senior Management.
• Embark on special assignments which involve research, analysis and feasibility studies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, or its equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment (e.g., Management Consulting, FMCG), where the incumbent is exposed to providing advisory services and facilitation to Management positions.
• Interpersonally‑savvy, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, adept in problem‑solving and flexible in adapting to constant change.
• Experience in Project Management would be advantageous.
• A team player with prior experience in leading a small team is preferred.
