Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in hotel management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management
• Involve in daily hotel operations, including checking in and out procedures, housekeeping and other administrative works
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
• Develop promotional strategies and campaigns, plus maintaining social media platforms.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
