Job summary

Shang Height Realty Sdn Bhd in Melaka invites a Diploma or Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture to join our residential design team. You will develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design proposals for our projects, and prepare 2D drawings and 3D models to support presentations.

You will coordinate with project teams, consultants, and suppliers, select materials and fittings, and ensure design quality and timelines across Show Units and interiors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, or other related design software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, interior detailing, and design aesthetics.
• Ability to independently prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation renderings.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design proposals for residential projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, layout plans, detailed drawings, and construction drawings.
• Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings for design presentations.
• Participate in the design and planning of Show Units, residential developments, and interior spaces.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design requirements are met.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings that align with project concepts and objectives.
• Ensure design quality, project timelines, and company standards are achieved.
