Shine Max Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking responsible Cleaners to perform daily cleaning duties at residential properties such as condominiums and apartments in Johor Bahru. You will follow the daily work schedule, maintain common areas, and ensure high standards of cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are punctual, able to follow instructions, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Cleaning experience is welcomed but not required; training will be provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
• Cleaning experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily cleaning according to the assigned work schedule and job scope.
• Sweep and mop common areas, corridors, staircases and other assigned areas.
• Clean lifts, lobbies, toilets, facilities and other common areas where applicable.
• Collect rubbish and maintain refuse/bin areas.
• Carry out scheduled weekly and periodic cleaning work.
• Use cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment correctly and safely.
• Report damaged equipment, insufficient supplies or site problems to the Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Follow instructions from the Site Leader and Supervisor.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Correct cleaning issues when instructed.
