PERMAI POLYCLINICS API-API is seeking a diligent housekeeping attendant to perform daily cleaning for residential and office premises in Sabah. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain cleanliness across living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include managing supplies, reporting damages, ensuring safe handling of equipment, and maintaining privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or related fields is an advantage.
• Able to manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks according to schedule.
• Good attention to cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards.
• Able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and privacy at all times.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties for residential and office premises.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and ensure areas are clean, organised, and presentable.
• Clean and maintain furniture, fixtures, windows, surfaces, and other items as required.
• Ensure toilets, pantry, kitchen areas, and common spaces are cleaned and sanitised.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessities as required.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks for residential premises when assigned.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and report damages or maintenance issues to management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used, maintained, and stored safely.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of residents and staff.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
