Key responsibilities

Clean and prepare accommodation units before guest check-in and after check-out

Perform general housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting

Clean and sanitise bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas

Change bedsheets, pillowcases and towels

Replenish toiletries and essential guest amenities

Ensure furniture and bedding are properly arranged

Check for missing items, damaged furniture and maintenance issues

Report any property-related concerns promptly

Follow cleaning checklists and maintain high cleanliness standards

About you

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage

Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and hardworking

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required

Own transportation is an advantage
