Job summary

Raddish Technology is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures. You will provide onsite technical support, perform operations management, and deliver expert-level cybersecurity guidance at client sites in Malaysia.

The role requires strong networking and security skills, onsite availability five days a week, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• PCNSE or other relevant security certs are required.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networks.
• Ability to provide onsite technical support and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for network infrastructure at client sites.
• Act as SME and main contact for Level 3 communications and escalation.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues promptly.
• Monitor network health, run regular checks, and prepare monthly reports.
• Document architecture, installation, and configurations for implemented solutions.

We are currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures for our clients.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to provide onsite technical support, operational management, and expert‑level cybersecurity assistance.

Working Arrangement

• Onsite support five (5) days per week during office hours.
• Provide unlimited standby support for incident response and planned or unplanned activities, either onsite or remotely.
• A designated backup Resident Engineer may be required to provide coverage during periods when the primary Resident Engineer is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the devices during day‑to‑day operations and project implementations (if any) hosted at Data Centre Bangi, Bangsar, and NTT Cyberjaya.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for communication, accountability, and escalation with the End User Technical Team at Level 3 support.
• Coordinate with the principal/vendor to expedite the resolution of support issues whenever required.
• Proactively monitor overall system performance, conduct regular health checks, and generate monthly reports.
• Make recommendations to enhance business effectiveness by applying industry best practices.
• Analyze data to diagnose and identify the root causes of network issues.Recommend best practices for device maintenance, fine‑tuning, and optimization.
• Perform corrective actions and fine‑tuning on existing devices whenever required.
• Provide ongoing mentoring, product knowledge transfer, and documentation covering the architecture, installation, and configuration of the products implemented within end user.

Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in relevant security technologies are required, such as:Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
