Job summary

WIT Venture Sdn Bhd is seeking a Reservations Executive to manage bookings across Booking.com, Agoda, Klook, Trip.com, Expedia and direct channels. You will maintain accurate guest data in the system, monitor inventory to minimise overbooking, and handle amendments, cancellations and special requests with a guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable handling OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, Klook, Trip.com and Expedia.
• Able to manage multiple bookings and communication channels.
• Strong understanding of reservation systems and room inventory.
• Confident in handling guest enquiries, complaints and booking issues.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-minded and able to identify upselling opportunities.
• Able to work closely with Operations, Marketing and other departments.
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservation enquiries and bookings from Booking.com, Agoda, Klook, Trip.com, Expedia, direct channels and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate reservations and guest information in the Hospitality Management System.
• Monitor room inventory and availability across booking channels to minimise overbooking.
• Process booking amendments, cancellations, refunds and special requests.
• Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay.
• Provide clear booking confirmations, pre-arrival information and check-in instructions.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and reservation-related issues.
• Coordinate VIP arrangements, early check-ins, late check-outs and special requirements.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Monitor booking trends, occupancy levels and market demand.
• Promote room upgrades, extended stays, transportation and other value-added services.
• Support pricing, promotions and revenue optimisation initiatives.
• Handle overbooking situations and assist with alternative accommodation when required.
• Monitor online reviews and guest feedback across OTA platforms.
• Prepare reservation, occupancy, revenue and cancellation reports.
• Analyse booking trends and recommend operational improvements.
• Support Marketing campaigns, promotional packages and low-demand occupancy initiatives.
