Job description

Leverage research expertise and engineering skills to drive the development and design of innovative products and technologies. The Research Engineer plays a key role in optimizing existing technical processes, machines, and systems while pioneering new advancements to push the boundaries of innovation.

Conduct research to identify solutions for industry challenges.

Develop concepts for new or improved products, processes, or equipment relevant to the industry.

Design and build prototypes for product and system testing.

Utilize specialized equipment to analyze and test processes, materials, and equipment.

Perform other related tasks as required.

Minimum Years of Experience: 1-3 years and above

Residency: Open to Sarawakians only

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related field, preferably with a background in AI.

• Engineering & Technology - Practical application of engineering science and technology, including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment used in the design of goods and services.
• Design - Proficiencyin design techniques, tools, and principles related to technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Mechanical - Understanding of machines and tools, including their design, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Production & Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and techniques for efficient manufacturing and distribution.
• AI Knowledge - Understanding of AI-related software.
• English Language - Strong command of English.
