The successful candidate will work with designers to develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, review changes, and ensure compliance with codes. This full‑time on‑site position offers opportunities for professional growth in renovation

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD tools.
Excellent attention to detail with precise drawings.
Experience in renovation or residential projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements and design intent.
Review and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
Ensure drawings comply with building codes and regulations.
Prepare presentation drawings and visualisations for client meetings.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for project drawings and revisions.
Coordinate design elements with team and resolve technical issues.
Assist in site visits and surveys for accurate drafting.
