Job summary

ELT Solutions Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru/ Muar area seeks a drafting specialist to prepare 2D/3D interior design drawings and detailed plans. You will translate concepts into drawings, layouts and elevations for projects.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, SketchUp familiarity, and the ability to read architecture and construction drawings. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to coordinate with designers and contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SketchUp and 3D modelling is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of interior renovation, construction processes and materials.
• Able to read architectural, interior design and construction drawings.
• Basic understanding of dimensions, measurements and space planning.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to revise efficiently based on feedback.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in interior design, architecture, renovation or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D/3D interior design drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCad.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations & detailed drawings.
• Prepare drawings based on designer or client requirements.
