Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills.
• Understanding of double-entry accounting.
• Experience with GL and balance sheet accounts.
• Payroll experience and tax familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Bookkeeping and ongoing client accounting using Xero and cloud systems.
• Prepare journals and review coding and transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; handle payroll processing.
• Assist with GST/BAS preparation and month-end processes.
• Prepare year-end workpapers and draft financial statements.
• Coordinate with Australian team for taxation returns and compliance.
