Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a sales role requiring fresh graduates with strong English/Bahasa communication. You will conduct outbound calls, present products, handle objections, and work toward targets while maintaining detailed records and adapting to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening in English and Bahasa; Mandarin is a plus.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Resilience in handling rejection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers from a provided contact list.
• Present products to prospects, explaining features and benefits.
• Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries and objections.
• Handle objections and convert leads into customers.
• Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Handle conflicts professionally and tactfully.
• Build rapport with customers through genuine engagement.
• Adapt approach based on customer personality and issue complexity.
• Perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Maintain records of calls and sales outcomes (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to tailor sales strategies.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations during sales calls.
• Fulfil other related duties as assigned.
